Marina's fitness suite includes two group fitness studios that offer a variety of classes from group cycle and power hoop to HITT that booty and supersculpt

Group Fitness

Our wide range of group exercise which cater for any ability, from beginners to advanced and age are designed to ensure you get the most out of your workout within our Fitness Studio.

The programme is reviewed regularly to ensure that we are offering the right classes at the right times and introducing new classes to members and casual users

STRENGTH

 

Kettlebells

A hand held weight that is used for an all over top to toe workout combining cardiovascular and resistance exercise to give an all in one class.

BOOTCAMP 

This class is designed to build fitness and strength using a variety of intense group intervals. It uses interval training, plyometrics specific weight training designed around explosive exercise.

SHAPE AND TONE

LBT/LBC - Legs, Bums and Tums/Core

This class is designed to target those stubborn areas that normal exercise does not get to, Legs! Bums! Tums! Core!

Group Cycle

Our exciting, instructor led indoor cycling classes are perfect for beginners to serious cyclists. A fantastic calorie burner for 45 minutes, a fun, fantastic and fast session on indoor bikes, which will push you to your limits.

Supersculpt

A full body workout which sculpts and tones the body. Using a vast array of equipment including resistance bands, steps, bender balls, swiss balls and handweights; this class will target the hard to reach areas.

Burn & Tone

Feel the burn and work the whole body. This class is about repetition and quick results. Every clas is different and will leave you feeling like you have worked harder than ever before.

HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING

H.I.I.T

This class is an enhanced form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise. These short, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and fat burning.

Freestyle

Offers a different kind of training using dynamic movements which target almost every aspect of fitness., endurance, strength, balance, agility, cardo endurance, Build Strength, Boost Stamina and Blast Fat, overall a fantastic and unique class.

Blast FX

Evolution becomes revolution with T3 blast. Transform outdated, one-dimensional body conditioning exercises into dynamic, tri-planar movement in the studio

DANCE

Hoop and Step

The cardio workout is where you can practice your skills with the hoop. Using the weighted an un-weighted hoops will target the abdominal areas. When the hooping element of the class has been achieved then the step aerobic content will begin, ensuring that heart rate remains high and calories are burnt quickly.

SKIP FIT

Led by our certified dance choreographer, Skip Fit utilises some basic skipping routines to encourage High Intensity Training with the added benefit of Dance choreography.

VIBE CYCLE

A fusion of group cycle and dance bringing rythm to the mix in a fun and atmospheric class. With easy to follow moves and actions it really does bring a VIBE to CYCLE!

MIND AND BODY

Fitness Pilates

A mat based class, focusing on core strength, flexibility, toning, balance and coordination.  A slower more relaxing workout. Not for any diagnosed back conditions or pregnant ladies.

Stretch

Improve flexibility and strength, boost energy levels and improve mobility with this therapeutic class that introduces a series of stretches, positions and routines all in 30minutes. 

Yoga

It’s suitable for any age or experience. Drop in and learn or practice the fundamental yoga poses while concentrating on healthy alignment and establishing a deeper connection with your body. Style will vary, sometimes working slowly and other times more powerfully with postures linked dynamically with your breath

PiYo

The muscle sculpting of PILATES. The flexibility of YOGA   Nonstop fluid MOVEMENT

Shape sleek, long arms, sexy, flat abs, and a tight, lifted butt in this low-impact, high-intensity, total-body workout. Inspired by the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates and the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements, it’s an innovative bodyweight workout that gives you so much more.

CUBE TRAINING

The Cube is a multifunctional training rig including, monkey bars, dip station, step up station and TRX points. These mini breakout sessions occur in the gym; just gather up your gym buddies and ask to be put through your paces.
